ABOUT ME
& horses

Hello, I’m Julia,
I'm here to help you slow down, listen to your inner voice, build a life that suits you, not the one others imagine for you.

I believe in the quiet power of presence. In a world obsessed with rushing, fixing, and proving, I choose slowness, space, and deep listening. I don't believe in quick decisions or strong beliefs. I believe in the peace that comes from within—a steady, rooted strength that can't be shaken by pressure or expectations. True transformation doesn't come from self-knowledge. It comes from remembering who you are and honoring that truth, step by step.
My work is gentle guidance—from fear to peace, from inner disconnection to connection, from tension to presence, from living according to other people's expectations to living based on your truth. I see you. I feel you. My goal is for you to feel safe—safe enough to be fully perceived, without judgment.
Through our work together, you will begin to hear your inner voice clearly, calmly encounter your shadow, faithfully overcome personal blocks, and joyfully develop new skills to live a more peaceful and free life.
I am a psychologist and specialist in human and equine psychology with over 17 years of experience. My programs offer a holistic approach that impacts both mind and body. In my work, I combine psychological knowledge with the natural, intuitive power of horses to support personal growth, healing, and leadership.
About Horses –
amazing human’s teachers.
-
Horses are special creatures. They are majestic, strong and full of inner freedom.
-
Horses are by nature extremely sensitive to their environment and the emotional states of humans.
-
Horses are social animals with their own personalities and are most likely to interact when humans are engaged and working to build a relationship with them.
-
Horses do not lie, their feedback is real, authentic and without agenda. Horses do not care if you are the boss, what kind of car you drive, etc. If they do not believe in you, they simply will not follow you.
-
Horses show the importance of your attitude towards yourself, others, the world or the task.
-
Horses help develop non-verbal communication and understanding what you are “saying” with your body and energy.
-
Horses teach that behaviour matters and directly affects your effectiveness in any situation.
-
Horses teach that change begins outside our comfort zone.
-
Horses teach us to be here and now.
Because of these qualities, horses are helping people to heal a variety of psychological issues and learn a big scope of social and soft skills.
