Equine assisted Learning
Equine assisted Learning is a powerful and unique approach to personal development that leverages the natural wisdom and sensitivity of horses. Through interactions with horses, you gain profound and often magical insights, and the benefits are far-reaching than traditional ways used for personal development process. Using interaction with horses you learn about yourselves, by finding your own solutions and become better equipped and empowered to manage your challenges. Presence of the horses encourage you to be who you are (without judgments and opinions from others) thus allowing the most change to take place.
By working with horses, you develop key leadership skills: emotional intelligence, non-verbal communication, problem-solving, and the ability to inspire trust and cooperation. These lessons extend beyond the stable, shaping how you lead in your personal and professional life.
All our horse-related activities are conducted from the ground – no riding included.
During the session/training, you interact with horse teachers and face your personal challenges. And with my help, we look for ways to overcome them. An important part of the learning process is your openness to self-knowledge and self-analysis. The changes and actions that we will experiment together will be reflected instantly in a memorable way, through the horses' response. Through processes that help you understand the nature of the horse, you learn to pay attention to subtle body language, emotional messages, clarity of thought and confidence in achieving a goal while interacting with a horse.
The on-the-job process is a combination of mentoring, work from the ground with horses with video-recording and introspective discussions.
