🐴 Horse-assisted psychotherapy
Whether we work with or without horses, the approach is the same: gentle, intuitive, and fully present. Horses bring a deep layer of emotional truth and connection.
But you choose what’s right for you.
Let’s find the right path for you!
My Approach
You don’t need to “fix” yourself.
My work isn’t about diagnosing you—it’s about helping you meet yourself with compassion.
Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to foster resilience, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
This space is for you if:
-
You feel disconnected from your emotions or body
-
You experience anxiety, exhaustion, or burnout
-
You’re tired of holding it together
-
You’re ready to explore a deeper path
You don’t need horse experience, or to have the right words. You just need a bit of curiosity—and a wish to feel more like yourself again.

Equine Psychotherapy
Equine Psychotherapy is a powerful, experiential approach to healing that integrates psychological principles with horse-human interaction. Working with horses allows clients to access emotions that might be difficult to express verbally, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal insight in ways that traditional talk therapy can’t always achieve.
I bring my experience as both a psychologist and equine specialist to every session, ensuring that you receive not only a therapeutic experience but a journey of growth, understanding, and empowerment. In these sessions, you engage with horses in a safe, outdoor setting—there’s no riding involved. Instead, the focus is on building a genuine connection through body language, presence, and communication.
As a psychologist, I guide you to explore your emotional states, recognize patterns in your behaviour, and develop healthier coping strategies for life's challenges.

EFFECTIVNESS
Participants in equine assisted psychotherapy can expect to expedite their progress through whatever challenge they are facing.
When progress with other therapeutic methods has plateaued, or where a person is feeling stuck and the path forward is unclear, working with horses may create the breakthrough that is required for further advancement.
The shift in perspective from our own experience to the experience that the horse has of us opens a world of unexplored opportunities for self-development. The benefits of equine therapy go beyond addressing specific conditions, they encompass systemic improvements in quality of life.
